We Accept Most Insurance Plans

Trident Pain Center participates with most major insurance companies including BCBS, United Health Care, Cigna, Tricare and Medicare. If you have questions regarding your particular insurance carrier, please contact a Billing Specialist (843) 797-3636 option 9.

In addition to accepting most insurance plans, we offer a variety of flexible payment options should you have a balance remaining after your insurance pays (such as deductible or co-insurance). A member of our Billing staff may assist you in making payment arrangements and will be happy to answer any questions you have about your account.

If you are having difficulty making payments, we offer a Financial Assistance Program for those who qualify. Simply fill out the application below and return it with the required documentation; a Billing Specialist will contact you once your application has been reviewed.
