Kristen Renaud Giet was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from Summerville High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Charleston Southern University. After working as a medical assistant at Trident Pain Center, she went on to pursue a Master of Science Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Following graduation in 2006, Kristen returned to Trident Pain Center as a Physician Assistant. Her commitment to understanding chronic pain and improving quality of life for the patients she treats has made her an invaluable part of our team. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the South Carolina Association of Physician Assistants.
Kristen’s husband is a football coach at Summerville High School and they are the proud parents of two children.
